As a seasoned Director and former Senior British Army Officer, Alex brings over 25 years of diverse strategic and business experience. And as our Strategy Director, this makes him the perfect person to build long term business plans that best develop our people and clients.
With an inquisitive nature, a careful eye on market trends and always starting with the ‘why’, Alex seeks out innovation, excelling in complex environments, operational delivery, and crisis management.
Outside of work hours, you can find Alex by the water. As a keen offshore yachtsman, as well as a sports coach for sailors, he aims to use the power of sport to bring local communities together.
Instrumental in helping us to grow and strengthen our digital channels, Aysha brings a wealth of experience in building global ecommerce platforms and digital marketing channels. With an eye on creating a seamless customer journey, she is kick-starting a fresh approach to our digital communications.

Having worked in a startup environment since 2016, she knows how to build a business from the ground up. Arianne helps bring all the Create Cadence team together, but also pushes forward the business in how we interact to establish long lasting relationships with our clients.
Outside of work, she acts as a mentor with Sport for Life, who coach young children with an interest in finance, operations, or property.
Fresh out of university, Jamaal is a problem solver with a creative attitude – helping all of us collaborate across our internal company projects such as website development, social content and across key client deliverables too.
With over 15 years’ experience in accounting and administration, Megan plays a vital role in supporting Create Cadence with our business operations and reporting. She not only brings a wealth of knowledge, but a creative mindset, to ensure we challenge ourselves to deliver the highest quality across everything we do as a team and for our clients.
A keen hiker and swimmer, Megan loves taking on an adventure. Plus, for some down time she loves indulging in a new book whilst enjoying a sweet treat that’s she baked.
With over 12 years’ experience building multichannel marketing strategies, Julie is passionate about getting under the skin of a brand to uncover new ways to connect. Julie will initiate our brand building tactics including PR and events, as well as creating exciting content to generate buzz within the industry and amongst new target audiences.
Julie is also a qualified Group Fitness Instructor and teaches a weekly bootcamp class. She’s also a keen runner and will be taking on the challenge of The London Marathon 2024.
